Hi! I'm Victoria!

 Flying Hills....I love the wave of nostalgia I experience every day that I come to work. Flying Hills is where I grew up, and I can recall all the times I spent the day creating sidewalk chalk art at my house, or doing sketches in the grassy open areas that fill Flying Hills. This community has a special place in my heart, so there felt like no better place to open my tattoo shop.

Tattooing....I have spent my life creating art and sharing it with others. Art has always been not just a hobby, outlet, or passion - but a large part of my identity. Art has helped me discover myself, heal, and explore. I love tattooing because it does the same for you. Having that shared experience everyday only makes me love tattooing more with each piece of art I am able to place on others. Tattoos can heal, memorialize, create lasting memories, or give new inspiration to your body and your life, it's so much more than just ink in your skin.

Education / Experience....I attended Albright College in Reading PA and graduated in 2010 with a BA in fine arts, focusing on painting and illustration. Right away I began working as a freelance graphic designer, web designer, and canvas art painter. In 2014 I started teaching acrylic painting classes all over Berks County. Teaching people how to paint while doing murals and custom artwork became my focus for nearly 7 years. I was casually interested for a few years in exploring tattooing as an art form as I began collecting tattoos myself. I started making serious inquiries in 2018 and was offered a tattoo apprenticeship position at the start of the 2020 pandemic. I worked for 7 months in Boyertown, PA under an experienced tattoo mentor who's specialty is realistic tattoos.

Opening the shop....At the end of 2020 I struck out on my own to work closer to home and focus on tattooing in my own environment in a private space to connect with my clients one on one. It took a few months to iron out all the details, but in March of 2021, I opened my 420 sq. ft. private tattoo studio, Neon Moon Tattoo, in Flying Hills, PA.

Style....I love to create especially colorful & whimsical designs with nature being a favorite subject matter. I do enjoy black & grey work as well. I’m always open to new ideas and can’t wait to meet you and create something unique and awesome just for you.

Things I love...I love cats, so so much. If you have cats, please show me photos of them and tell me all about them. I love all animals, but cats hold a special place in my heart. I love to cook, eat healthy foods, drink tea, exercise, do lots of types of art, and travel the world with my husband. I really like cleaning and organizing, and finding new ways to market my business and share what I do with the world. I really enjoy connecting with new people and hearing about your business ventures, or things you've overcome, or just getting to know one another - if you're into that sort of thing. I do love chatting with your during your tattoo appt., but if you prefer to zone out and read a book or listen to music on your own, I'm cool with that too. I love when you refer my business to others and I find joy in watching my clients grow and change as they collect tattoos. I love doing what I do for a living and I am really grateful for each one of you that allows me to continue doing this every day.
