POLICIES

(must read and agree before all tattoo appts.)

---No one under the age of 18 permitted---

You must be age 18+ to book an appt. and you are not permitted to bring anyone into the shop with you that is under the age of 18, including children and babies.

If you bring an adult guest, they must be 18+ and they must not distract from your appt. We use an ID scanner so be prepared with your state issued ID or drivers license. Your guest will need to show ID as well.

---Know what you want---

If you are looking to book a tattoo appt. and don't know what you want at least in terms of subject and overall look, do not book a tattoo appt. yet, and message in on the CONTACT page instead. We can discuss via e-mail to hone in on your next tattoo idea and get you scheduled.

---Always custom work---

If you send in a reference we will always re-draw it to give you a unique piece of art. We will not trace a design and tattoo it on you, unless it's personal handwriting from a loved one.

---Deposits---

*All deposits are non-refundable*
Once you pay your deposit, it cannot be refunded for any reason.

---Rescheduling---

72+ hours before your appt. (3 + days)

If you need to reschedule your appt. and its 3 or more days away, feel free to open your original confirmation email you received when you booked and click "change appt". It will allow you to choose a new date and time for your appt. and your deposit will carry over to the new appt. We will always e-mail to confirm your reschedule. Reschedules should be reserved for true emergencies only.


Less than 72 hours before your appt. (less than 3 days)

If you need to reschedule less than 72 hours before your appt. is it considered a cancellation, and you will forfeit your deposit. Please contact us via email or fill out the contact form on this site to let us know you need to reschedule your appt. We will then cancel your appt. on the back end and you will be able to re-book your appt. as a new appt on the BOOK page at your convenience with a new deposit.



---Cancellation---

If you need to cancel your appt. for any reason you will forfeit your deposit. Please contact us via email or fill out the contact form on this site to let us know you need to cancel your appt. We will then cancel your appt. on the back end. If you wish to re-book your appt. in the future, you will book it as a new appt on the BOOK page at your convenience with a new deposit.

---No Call No Show---

If you don't come to your appt. you will forfeit your deposit and we may restrict you from booking in the future if you didn't have a true emergency.



---Arriving Late to Your Appt.---

Please arrive on time or up to 15 minutes early to all appts.

If you know you are going to be late, you must Call or Text 610-655-7885 as soon as you know you will be late.

If you walk in late with no notice your account will be notated. If you arrive late more than once you may be restricted from booking at our shop in the future.

If your late arrival affects our ability to complete your tattoo within your appt. time-frame, we will not be able to tattoo you and you will need to reschedule your appt. for another date and time with a new deposit upon arrival.

----Skin Prep---

Please moisturize the area to be tattooed for a few days before your appt. If you've recently had a sunburn or other skin condition do your best to heal it with aloe or medical ointment prior to your appt. If you arrive to your appt. and your skin is burnt, extremely dry, peeling, has a rash, or any other condition that will affect the application of the tattoo we will have you reschedule your appt and you will need to pay a new deposit. 

----Health Prep---

You must drink water and eat a meal prior to your appt. We recommend bringing a hydrating drink with you always and a snack or small meal if your appt. is longer than 2 hours. If you are on any type of blood thinner, or other medication that affects your skin/blood please consult your doctor before booking as this can also affect your ability to get and properly heal a tattoo.

--- Aftercare---

You will receive an aftercare sheet when you are done getting tattooed that includes detailed instructions. You will need to purchase ointment, liquid antibacterial soap, and unscented lotion (not sold in the shop). We do not offer any second skin/film type healing products at the moment but you are welcome to purchase products like those if you prefer to heal your tattoos this way at home. Be sure to check expiration dates of all products so you know they will work well for your healing, and do not share your products with others.

If you have any issues with healing please reach out via the CONTACT page. We are not licensed to diagnose a condition nor can we determine exactly what has caused any adverse skin issues during healing. We can look at the photo and let you know if your issue looks like a normal part of the healing process, or if it does not look normal and needs professional care.
