Hi, I'm Victoria!
🎓 Education & Experience
I graduated from Albright College in Reading, PA in 2010 with a BA in Fine Arts (painting + illustration). From there, my journey looked something like this:
- Freelance graphic + web designer
- Canvas painter & mural artist
- Acrylic painting instructor across Berks County
- Tattoo collector turned tattoo artist
In 2020, I was offered a tattoo apprenticeship during the early pandemic and trained under a mentor in Boyertown, PA - focusing on the art of realism in black & grey and color work.
🌙 Opening Neon Moon Tattoo ™
By the end of 2020, I was ready to build something of my own - a private, welcoming tattoo space where I could connect more personally with clients. After months of planning, I officially opened Neon Moon Tattoo™ in March 2021 - a cozy tattoo studio in the Flying Hills Shopping Center. The studio features not only my tattoo space, but also a small art studio where I teach up to 4 people how to paint pets and animals of all kinds on canvas.

🛸 Flying Hills & My Roots
Flying Hills has always felt like home. I grew up here - spending my days chalking up the sidewalks and sketching in the open grassy fields. 🌱✨ That same creative spirit and nostalgia I felt as a kid is still with me every day I come to work. It only made sense to open my tattoo studio, Neon Moon Tattoo ™, right here in beautiful, unique Flying Hills, PA.

Art isn’t just something I do - it’s who I am. It's helped me discover who I am, heal from hardships, and explore life in deeper ways. Tattooing allows me to pass that experience on to you.
Every tattoo I create is more than ink - it’s a memory, a tribute, a healing mark, or a way to fall in love with your body all over again. And that shared connection is what keeps me inspired every single day. 💫
🎨 Tattoo Style
I specialize in animal and pet portrait tattoos, creating realistic pieces in both color and black and grey that capture personality, emotion, and the unique bond people share with the animals they love. From beloved pets to wildlife, birds, sea creatures, and insects, my work is deeply inspired by the natural world and its incredible diversity. While animals are at the heart of what I do, I also enjoy creating nature inspired designs and other meaningful tattoos in both vibrant color and timeless black and grey styles.
